The service is provided free of charge. No account registration or login is required.

✅ Acceptable Use

You agree to use VYNEX AI only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful content.
• Create NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit material.
• Generate images that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.
• Create deepfakes or misleading images of real people without their consent.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, bot protection, or other security measures.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the AI models or source code.

🎨 Intellectual Property

Images generated through VYNEX AI are created by AI models based on your input. You may use your generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

• Generated images include a VYNEX AI watermark. Removing this watermark is not permitted.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and uploaded images do not infringe on third-party rights.
• VYNEX AI does not claim ownership over your generated images.

📊 Usage Limits

To ensure fair access and prevent abuse, the following limits apply:

• Rate Limiting — A maximum number of requests per minute is enforced per user.
• Daily Cap — A maximum number of image generations per 24-hour period is enforced per user.
• File Size — Uploaded images must not exceed 4MB.
• Resolution — Maximum output resolution is 1024×1024 pixels.

These limits may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.

VYNEX AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
• The accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated images.
• That the service will meet your specific requirements.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VYNEX AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the service.
• Any content generated through the service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss.
