Bot Detection Data — Cloudflare Turnstile collects interaction data to verify you are human. This is handled entirely by Cloudflare under their privacy policy.

🖼️ Image Processing

Your images are NOT stored. When you upload an image or generate one, it is processed in real-time on our GPU servers and returned directly to your browser. We do not save, store, log, or retain any images on our servers after the response is sent.

Images are transmitted securely via HTTPS and processed via RunPod's serverless GPU infrastructure. Once the result is returned to you, all image data is discarded from memory.

VYNEX AI does not use any first-party cookies. However, the following third-party services may set cookies:

Google Analytics — Sets cookies (e.g., _ga, _ga_*) to track anonymous usage patterns. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Cloudflare Turnstile — May set cookies for bot detection purposes. These are governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Rate limit data — Stored in server memory only. Automatically cleared every 5 minutes for expired entries, and fully cleared on server restart.
Daily usage caps — Stored in server memory. Resets every 24 hours and is cleared on server restart.
Images — Not retained. Processed in memory and discarded immediately after the response is sent.
Server logs — May contain IP addresses and request metadata for debugging purposes. Logs are rotated and not shared with third parties.

We use the following third-party services to operate VYNEX AI:

RunPod — Serverless GPU infrastructure for AI image generation. Images are processed on their servers and not stored.
Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and Turnstile bot protection.
Google Analytics 4 — Anonymous website traffic analytics.
AWS Lightsail — Server hosting infrastructure.

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

🔒 Security

We take security seriously. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Our application enforces strict Content Security Policy (CSP) headers, rate limiting, bot detection, and input validation on all API endpoints to protect against abuse and attacks.
